Wednesday Gatherings

Throughout the summer, we like to gather mid-week to learn, grow, and build relationships with one another. Each Wednesday, starting July 8th, we have something different planned– teaching nights, evenings out in the community, activities, etc. Check out the schedule below so you don’t miss out!

July 08
Picnic at the Park | 5:45 pm

For our first Summertime Wednesday Gathering, join us at Frank Stronach Park in Aurora for a picnic! You bring your own food and chairs, we’ll bring some dessert to share! Come ready to play some games, meet new people, and enjoy a (hopefully) beautiful summer evening.

July 15
Serving Night | 7:00 pm

This week for our Wednesday Gathering, we’re going to serve our community by doing a garbage sweep! Nobody likes walking through a neighbourhood with trash scattered everywhere, so we’re going to do some tidying up for our community.

July 22
Teaching Night | 7:00 pm

Join us for our Wednesday Gathering as Beth Pearo directs our attention to some critical aspects of discipleship and spiritual formation. You won’t want to miss it!

August 05
Pickleball Night | 7:00 pm

Whether you’d played a thousand times or never before, join us for a fun evening of pickleball! No need to bring your own equipment, we have it all!

Teaching Night | 7:00 pm

Join us as we listen to our own Tim Huff share from 1 Corinthians 15, in a talk he calls “Really? This is the greatest of these?” Anyone and everyone is welcome to come, listen and engage with us!

August 19
Serving Night | 6:00 pm

As part of our community ministry, we’re giving out school supplies to those in need of support. This Wednesday, rather than just having people come and pick up their supplies, we thought we’d throw a BBQ and make it an experience. We’d love our church family to come and provide volunteer support for this event.
