One thing that I heard yesterday was that being brave is being able to look fear in the face and tell it not today. And when negativity is around you and you feel negativity or someone is trying to beat you down, you tell the person not today.”

GIRL, BRAVE TORONTO 2019

“One thing that I learnt is that you are worth it. Some people don’t really know who you are as a person. But you should know that you are always worth it and you are an amazing person and I also learnt that you should always be brave!”
